PAYMENTS
What payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments as well as major credit cards.
   
Can I pay with my credit card, debit card or checking account?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
   
Can I make payments over time to pay for your item?
We do not offer credit terms, however if you qualify for PayPal's BillMeLater service, you may make payments to them.

 

US SHIPPING
What is the cost of shipping?
Orders ship anywhere in the continental U.S. for $5.99.
   
How long until I receive my item?
Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. Actual shipping time can take up to 10 days depending on the method of shipping.
   
Will you ship to my PO Box?
If the item ships USPS, then yes.
   
Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, if the item ships USPS we will for sure do what we can to support our troops!
   
Do you offer a shipping discount if I buy more than one item from you?
We offer a flat rate of $5.99 shipping on all orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Is international shipping available?
At this time, international shipping is not available. Please check back as we are looking to add the option of shipping to Canada in the near future.

 

RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We do under these conditions:
1. The item must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of it.
2. The item must be in original condition as when we shipped it.
3. You must notify us via email: support@1stwebsales.com or by phone at 402-694-5238 option 2, to let us know that you will be returning the item. We will refund your payment less our initial shipping charges once we receive the item in the condition expected. We will instruct you with any markings you may need to add to the package you are returning.
4. The item needs to be returned via the same carrier and method used when the item was shipped to you. It is necessary to include all original packing materials to ensure the item is received intact.
5. Please make sure any special markings we asked you to put on the outside of the package are there and are clearly written.
   
My item arrived damaged (missing part of the item, etc.) What are you going to do about it?

Please let us know as soon as you receive the package and retain the shipping materials. If it appears the shipping carrier caused damage, we will guide you in filing a claim to reimburse you or take care of you in any other way we can (ship another piece, partial refund, etc.)

 

PROBLEMS
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately via phone, 402-694-5238 option 2. We package and ship quickly, but if we still have your item on hand, we will cancel the transaction for you.
   
What if there is a pricing error?
We reserve the right to cancel orders or contact customers in the event of a pricing error.
