Shipping & Delivery

At 1st Web Sales, we do everything we can to make getting your order to you quick, easy, and painless.

US Shipping

  • Shipping: All orders ship to addresses in the continental U.S. for $5.99.
  • Speedy & Informative: Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of the order being placed and a tracking number will be provided when your order is processed.
  • Carriers: We ship via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service.

Carriers and Delivery

Standard Takes 2 to 10 days
UPS Ground No weekend or holiday deliveries. To continental U.S. only. No P.O. Box or APO/FPO address delivery.
Expedited Takes 2 to 6 days, depending on where the weekend falls
Priority Mail No delivery Sunday or holidays.

  • Please note: Not all items are eligible for all classes of service. Federal regulations prohibit some items from shipping via air. We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather, work stoppages, civil unrest, or acts of God.
  • UPS Delivery Restrictions: UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and similar addresses.


APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, etc.

  • We ship to these addresses VIA USPS 1st Class, Priority (under 4lbs.) or Flat Rate Priority, if your purchase cannot be shipped using these methods, your order will be canceled and refunded.
  • Deliveries to these addresses vary from 5-21 days depending on the location, with the APO/FPO addresses being the longest.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • In some cases, a package may get lost and never delivered, even though a tracking number was issued. If this happens, please contact us via email: or by calling 402-694-5238 option 2, so we can address the situation.
  • If tracking shows a package has been delivered, but you do not have it, please contact us within 3 days so we can look into it. One thing you can do before that is contact your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by mistake or contact your local post office to see if they still have it.
  • If a package is returned to us because the address you provided is not deliverable by that carrier, you will have the option of paying to have it re-shipped to an alternate address or to treat it as a return. We cannot refund or replace items that we do not receive. We recommend that you send all packages with tracking information.

Upgrades and Service Changes

  • When shipping your order, we may:
    • Combine multiple orders going to the same person and address into a single package
    • Split orders into multiple packages may be delivered on different days;
    • Change the shipping method at no cost to you to better facilitate delivery.

International Shipping

1st Web Sales does not currently ship internationally, though that may change in the future.


What does this warranty cover?

This Warranty applies to new products purchased from 1st Web Sales by the original purchaser for normal use and not for resale.

How long does warranty coverage last?

This warranty lasts for 1 year (unless otherwise stated) from date of purchase. A valid proof of purchase may be required to prove eligibility (either an order confirmation number or PayPal transaction number).

What does this limited warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from commercial use, misuse, accident, modification or alteration, tampering, unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a product for which 1st Web Sales is not responsible. There is no warranty for loss of data—you must regularly back up the data stored on any device to a separate storage product. There is no warranty for product with removed or altered identification labels.

What must you do?

If you are having trouble with a product, before seeking warranty service, first follow the troubleshooting procedures that may be provided in the instruction manual of the product or device the product is in. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact 1st Web Sales so our customer service team can access the situation and make a decision on the steps that need to be taken.

What will 1st Web Sales do?

1st Web Sales will decide what steps need to be taken to properly test the product in question, then cooperate with the buyer for a replacement product or partial/full refund. 1st Web Sales may replace your product with a product that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet 1st Web Sales specifications. 1st Web Sales warrants that the replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

Returns & Replacements

  • 14-Day Return Policy for most items - Just be sure the item is in new, re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. For example, if your tool shipped to you in a nice box with the product on the box, you must return that box with your tool inside the original corrugated box we shipped it in. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • No RMA number needed - Don't like it or doesn't fit your application? Contact us via email: or by phone at 402-694-5238 option 2, and let us know you would like to return the item. We may give you special instructions or information to put on your package.
  • Fast processing - We process most returns and exchanges within two business days of receipt so you can quickly get your replacement item or money back.
  • Free exchanges - We understand that buying batteries online can result in sizing or fit issues, if your item does not fit, you can exchange it for another size, or style, and we will waive the restocking fee. The only cost to you is the shipping and price difference if any.
  • Did we make a mistake? If you need to make a return because we sent you an item, color or size that you did not order, contact us via email: or by phone at 402-694-5238 option 2, and ask one of our great customer service people to look into it.
  • Do you have a Warranty Claim? If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period (see Warranty information for details).
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Payment is due immediately on all orders.

If there is a pricing error on our side, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact the customer for other arrangements.
